Each slate includes your loved one’s name, birth date, and death date. The designs vary and depend on the photo or template chosen. (The image above is of some of our more popular designs.) Once we receive your photograph, we can work with you to create a design unique to you and one that reflects the personality of your loved one. You may choose from our collection or submit a photograph. Depending on order size, there may be an additional cost associated with any special requests for design elements such as additional photographs, personalized text fields (such as poems), customized backgrounds, etc.

Where Do I Send My Picture and Other Information?

How long it takes to create and ship your order depends on how far we are in the creation process. It typically takes seven days for fulfillment, but some can take up to two weeks, depending on the availability of background images and other factors. If you have a question about when your order will ship, please get in touch with us, and we’ll update you accordingly.

How Long Does It Take To Receive My Order?

Please allow 10-15 business days for production and delivery. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped. We recommend choosing a faster shipping option during checkout and ordering an optional rush processing service (additional cost) if you need something sooner.
